CONTROLLED BURN

Julian Charrière

London

FISHKO Inc. produced the presentation of Julian Charrière’s Controlled Burn for VIV Arts at Stone Nest, a former chapel in London’s Soho, during Frieze London. Through drone footage of fireworks unfolding in reverse above industrial landscapes, the film explores the relationship between energy, nature, and human impact. Immersive projection and multichannel sound transformed the historic venue for the presentation and accompanying program of talks, receptions, and sponsor events.

FISHKO Inc. managed the project from planning through production and operations, overseeing financial modeling and budget controls, venue coordination, scheduling, insurance, risk assessments, and licensing. The team handled vendor contracting, AV and technical installation, signage, ticketing, credentials, front-of-house staffing, security, and cleaning, as well as load-in, daily operations, and delivery of the accompanying events.
